In addition to supporting a company’s longevity, a Boston Consulting Group study found that innovative companies enjoyed a 12.4 percent advantage in their three-year total shareholder returns. The two-hour Fostering Innovation workshop helps participants recognize how to tap into personal creative strategies and provides ways for teams and leaders to build a work culture that is conducive to origination.

Activities:
Our workshops are dynamic and interactive, encouraging experiential learning in addition to lecture. The activities teams will engage in include:
- Warm Up Activity – Participants begin “thinking out of the box”
- Creating Your Innovative Work Environment – Teams reflect on their current culture and how to improve it to support innovation for all Emergenetics Attributes
- Practicing Innovation – Participants practice an innovation technique, including a creativity walk, meditation or stream of consciousness writing, and reflect on their experience
- Commitment – Participants select an innovation practice to use for the next 30 days
